Jaime Magana Obituary

Jaime Magana was the second born child to Jose Jesus & Antonia.  He was born in La Piedad, Michoacan on August 2,1976.

He is survived by his children Vincent, Adrian and Mauricio Magana. When he married Maria L Perez, he became step-father to (late) Maranda, Mariah, Felicia and Raina.

He is also survived by his siblings Javier (Chas), Arturo, Jesus, Carlos and Maria G. Nieces and Nephews.... Danielle, Javier Jr., Raquel, Emilio, Benjamin, Nicolas, Angelica, Destiny, Angel, Yasmira, Carlos Jr., Marcos, Larenz & Santino.

His parents relocated to Harvey Illinois when Jaime was just a toddler. Jaime became an avid sports fan at a very young age.  During his childhood years, along with his brothers, he played soccer for both Morelia & La Piedad. His biggest sporting accolade was his self proclaimed title of " best soccer player in the family."

As a teen, he continued his soccer career at Thornridge High School.  He also worked many hours at the local car wash. This is where his love of muscle cars began. That love ignited a fire in him to learn all things auto. He attended Lincoln Tech Institute to start a career in mechanics.

He spent many "Monday Night Football" evenings with his sister sharing his love of the game and teaching her how to hike a mean paper football.

You would often find him binge watching his favorite mob movies while munching on a Gyro or some BBQ ribs from "Hot Spot."

He also had an extensive comic book collection. Those close to him would often hear him emulate The Joker, " Why so serious?"

He truly cherished spending time with his sons. He loved gaming, eating and watching movies with them.

He suffered the tremendous loss of his only daughter, Izebel and his father, Jose "Chief" Jesus. We envision his heart is full again after reuniting in a "chromed out mansion in paradise."
