Barbara J. Kalinowski

Kalinowski, Barbara, age 73, of Crestwood, IL formerly, of Harvey, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 23rd 2020. Barbara was in the medical field for over 50 years. Barbara was a dedicated sister and aunt. Barbara was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church and deeply involved in the parish. She is survived by brothers, Gene Jr. Kalinowski (Barbara), (Linda), Christopher Kalinowski, Marty Kalinowski, and Greg Kalinowski. Sisters, Susie Brody (Roy), Mary Wizynajtys (Joe), and Vicki Sexton. Seventeen nieces and nephews and twenty two great-nieces and nephews, and many loving friends. She will be deeply missed by her life long partner Jason Mitan. Preceded in death by her beloved Father Eugene Kalinowski, Mother Victoria Kalinowski and Brother Gary Kalinowski.

Arrangements entrusted to Olen Mortuary of Harvey: 15700 S. Emerald Ave. Harvey, IL 60426 (708-331-0654). A celebration of life gathering will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 from 9 AM until 12 PM at St. John the Baptist Church: 15746 Union Ave. Harvey, IL 60426. Funeral Mass to commence at 12 PM with Rev. Edward Romanski Officiating. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL.

Barbara will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
